PTA Specialities

The Parent Teacher Association is intended to be an Advisory Body for the welfare activities of the school. The function of the PTA is pro-developmental. With regard to the academic and administrative activities of the school, its status is recommendatory. It offers constructive suggestions and works for the welfare of the students and the school.

 

The General Body of the Association shall consists of all the members who are parents, members of the staff who are teachers, and ex-officio members. The General Body Meeting shall be held at least once a year to discuss the general and academic functioning of the school and to transact business which requires the approval of the body. The Executive Body of the Association shall consist of all the parent representatives elected/nominated class wise, nominated teachers, parents and ex-officio members. The Executive Committee shall meet at least once in a term in the school.
